Guava, cinnamon, and citrus complement Appleton Estate’s rich character, creating a drink that is both joyful and refined.
Ingredients
2 oz Appleton Estate Signature Rum
1 oz fresh guava juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz cinnamon syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash vanilla extract
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled. Double-strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
Glassware: Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish: A fresh lime wheel lightly dusted with edible gold.
