Ingredients
2 oz Casamigos Cristalino
½ oz agave syrup (1:1)
6–8 mint leaves
2 dashes molé/chocolate bitters (optional)
Preparation
Gently muddle mint with agave syrup and bitters. Add tequila and crushed ice. Stir until chilled and mound with additional crushed ice.
Glassware: Julep cup
Garnish: Fresh mint and grated dark chocolate or cacao.
