Ingredients
1 oz Ten to One White Rum
1 oz Uncle Nearest 1856 Premium Whiskey
½ oz Sorel Hibiscus Liqueur
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
½ oz pineapple juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice
Preparation
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for approximately 15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Glassware: Rocks glass
Garnish: Dehydrated pineapple and fresh mint.
